Scoring Methodology
Calculates scores based on 2024/2025 standards for each branch. Marines: Pull-ups/Push-ups, Plank, and 3-Mile Run. Navy: Push-ups, Plank, and 1.5-Mile Run. Air Force: Push-ups, Sit-ups, and 1.5-Mile Run. Each event is scored on a 0-100 scale (with some exceptions like Marine push-ups capped at 70).
Fun Fact: The Marine Corps PFT 3-mile run is the longest standard run in the US military fitness assessments!
