Circadian Rhythm Scoring

Sleep cycles are 90 minutes each. This calculator adds a buffer for falling asleep and scores recommendations based on your circadian rhythm. Sleep before 10pm is 'Optimal', between 10pm-midnight is 'Good', midnight-2am is 'Late', and after 2am is 'Very Late'.

Fun Fact: Your circadian rhythm is primarily set by light exposure. Blue light from screens can trick your brain into thinking it's still daytime, making it harder to fall asleep at the optimal time.
