Applications

Ideal for students preparing for final exams, certification candidates organizing multi-week study plans, and lifelong learners balancing study with work and family commitments. Works well for SAT, GRE, professional certifications, and language learning schedules.

Methodology

Distributes total study hours evenly across selected days, then divides each day into Pomodoro-style study sessions separated by short breaks. Sessions start at 9:00 AM and are spaced with breaks to maintain focus using spaced-repetition-inspired intervals.

Fun Fact: The Pomodoro Technique was invented in the late 1980s by Francesco Cirillo, who named it after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer (pomodoro in Italian) he used to track his study time as a university student.
